At first, the project topic is understandable by the project team members and then it is broken down into different activities which are allocated to team members. It is managed by providing review of project process by following the projects life cycle (Walker 2015). They determine the project scope and objectives with project constraints. The main way to manage entire project is to estimate and plan the activities using Gantt chart. The team members critically analyze the project management approaches and methods used in the project. All the issues are identified and mitigated on time before it provides any negative impact on the project work. Sometimes, there is change in scope statement. It is known as scope creep and it causes when the project management allows extending the scope beyond its project objectives (Steyn 2016). Time is not properly maintained while there is addition of extra resources to the project increases the budget. Therefore, it becomes over budgeted. Lessons learned From this mini-project some lessons are leant such as identification of risks and issues on time is required to mitigate it before it hampers the project work. It is required to do project audit for encountering the challenges throughout project life cycle. Most important is leant about scheduling the project activities.
